On Call Phone for Critical Incidents
If the company or organization has a need for IT support outside Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., it needs to sign a service telephone contract. This must be arranged in advance by contacting the Key Account Manager Lars Sølve Larsen on

An agreement will then be signed that determines the level of appointment, as to who shall act as the customer's point of contact as well as other contractual conditions. The contract has a duration of 12 months. On Call service is not available to private customers.
We offer telephone call at three levels:
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Monday - Sunday 24 hours a day
