Please contact us by phone 51 96 31 00 to reach the IT support service directly, Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you have any problems outside these hours, we recommend you to first and foremost look at tips and tricks and see if any of these tips available help to solve the problem you may have.

On Call Phone for Critical Incidents

If the company or organization has a need for IT support outside Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., it needs to sign a service telephone contract. This must be arranged in advance by contacting the Key Account Manager Lars Sølve Larsen on lsl@dataplan.no
An agreement will then be signed that determines the level of appointment, as to who shall act as the customer's point of contact as well as other contractual conditions. The contract has a duration of 12 months. On Call service is not available to private customers.

We offer telephone call at three levels:

Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Monday - Sunday 24 hours a day
